Order Status Page migration "broke" my integration

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I'm using SendCloud to create automated parcel stickers, and more important to show a map to the user on the order status page to pick the Mondial Relay point for delivery.

But the integration with SendCloud need the Order ID (not the Order number) to work properly.

In the previous order status page it was possible since the Order ID was set as a parameter in the url, but not anymore since I migrated the page.

Any idea on :

How to get the order id somewhere in this new order status page ?

Or, can I roll-back to the previous order status page ?

Thanks a lot

The {orderId} tag still exists in the Order Status Page code injection panel, so this is unlikely to be the issue.

If your code is 'self-contained', in other words it doesn't rely on a code library that you have added to the Header code injection panel or the Footer code injection panel then it should continue to work after you migrate the code from the Order Confirmation Page panel to the new Order Status Page panel.

However, if the code relied on a code library, you'll need to load this library within the Order Status Page code injection panel first, otherwise this will not be available and your code will not work without it. As you didn't provide a link to the site, I was unable to check this for you.
