Button in Header on 'Thank You' page is redundant - Can I remove button on one page only?

Hey, my first post here... website is www.djwebbphotography.com. My problem is my 'thank you' page. It's a redirect once someone fills out the form on my 'Contact Us' page. The form is a third-party form that once filled out redirects to my thank you page, which is otherwise hidden. 

The button in my header says 'Contact Us'.  Thing is they already did. Otherwise they wouldn't be sitting on that page. It then just becomes some weird perpetual loop.

I'm no website designer or genius coder... I can sorta get by in the html world, but that's about where my knowledge breaks down. lol

Any insights would be super helpful.

I tried it and after I finish the form, it redirects to thank you page normally. I wonder  which issue you are facing. Can you describe more detail about it with some screenshots (it could be better and easier to check)?

What I’m trying to do is remove the Contact Us button on the Thank You landing page… you’ve gotten to that page because you’ve contacted me. You see? It’s redundant. Unnecessary. 
 

does that clarify the problem? I don’t want it in my header on that page. But only that page. I want it everywhere else.
