Testimonial block appearing white with no trash can

I am unable to remove the block for testimonials. There is no trash can and there seems to be no way to delete it at all.  Here is a screenshot. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

You cannot delete a comments block but you can turn it off so to speak. It's done in settings/blogging/comments. Just uncheck  allow comments globally and anonymously.

Thank you derricksrandomviews. It is actually not a comments block. It was a testimonial section I added to the page. Now I am unable to delete it. Any ideas on how I can do that? Thank you so much,

 I should have taken a closer look at your screenshot. You should be able to delete it like any other section. Edit the page, scroll down to the section, and if you mouse over it, a panel should come up with the red remove icon. 

that is the challenge, there is nothing coming up. It wont let me edit this section of the page. I tried duplicating it and removing it from the original code but unsure how to do that. Any tips would so appreciate it as this needs to go live this weekend. Thank you all!

The quickest route to a solution is to post the URL address of the site with a password if needed. The coders here can then inspect it and if they see some code or other issue causing this they will let you know what the fix is. 

I am literally re-building it as we speak! I was  so low on time, another hour of work. The next time I know to post it with a password. Thank you so much for responding, appreciate it.
