Cart Page Styling

I'd like to make some adjustments to the Cart page. 

1) I'd like to edit the title Shopping Cart

2) I'd like to align the product name, quantity and price with the product image

3) I'd like to edit the cart text (to uppercase CHECKOUT)

#1. Rename title or change style?

#2. You try checking image. I see white space on top of image on some images

#3. Add to Design > Custom CSS
