Unable to get embedded script to display on website

I'm not sure why the embedded widget isn't appearing on my website. This is the script I'm putting into the code block

I've tried opening the page in incognito and closing the tab like other answers have said but I haven't found any luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I'm not sure why it's not loading. I assume you copied the code directly from Survey Monkey, what type of embed did you choose? Have you tried different types? Have you explored troubleshooting on Survey Monkey?

I'm running into a similar issue with my own site. And what I discovered is that you need to select Markdown instead of HTML on the code block , or just use a markdown block to begin with and paste that iframe directly in there.

Note: I also had to adjust the height to better fit my website. Instead of 500px I went with 1000px.
