I can access and edit pages with no problem, but the owner of the Squarespace account cannot

Recommended Posts

Hi! I am helping my boss edit her Squarespace website. I have access to her account and I have logged oit to see if it works better for her, but no luck. We hired a coder previously  to work on the site and the coder tells me that all the code on her end is okay, and that she only edited the "Home v2" page and not the other ones. For context, her page looks like this: https://www.loom.com/share/fe7f528a457b4c678ae75983e90a8668
She cannot edit anything and everything looks buggy. On my end though, the website is fully functional and works, as I have recorded here: https://www.loom.com/share/c71667507f84439b981c365e136f4896

We need to launch this website ASAP and really need some help! Thank you so much!

It seems to me that in order for code to mess up one person's configuration and not the other then those two folks are not using the same browser to view with. Could that be the case? However, you did log on using her account with no better results correct? The first thing to do is post the website domain and provide a site availability password. This will allow our coders to view it and inspect the code but not make any changes. We have folks here who can see just about any problem and provide a solution.

Hi, it seems to have been a browser issue with her. Chrome doesn't work properly but Safari does. We are looking at the troubleshoot page for this problem.
