One Calendar, Multiple Clients.. SOS

Recommended Posts

This could be a dumb question or a simple fix - or maybe this isn't possible at all. Help!

So I'm running a Community Schools website specifically for county-wide educational events, seminars, workshops, etc. The organization "hosts" all of these events on one calendar on our main website, but each individual event (save for reoccurring) is actually hosted by a specific person. (IE, a workshop has a key person running the show, but the workshop as an event is hosted by the community school.)

At this time, we have one main calendar, and we manually enter each event as they're created. When people sign up, I receive the notification to which I forward on to that specific event's host/speaker/etc. Is there any way to have each event have a dedicated email for notifications instead of all events going to one email? IE, is it possible for me to create a workshop event and have that host's email be designated for all notifications/registrations? And a different host for another event and so on. Or does this involve making separate calendars for each individual event and upgrading our Scheduling plan?

Any help is appreciated!!

I really wish someone had the answer to this! I run a multi-practitioner centre, with some practitioners only being available once a month. I would prefer not creating a calendar *just* for them, just for one day a month (maybe 2) but would love when someone books with them, to have it sent to them directly.

Basically different emails for different appointment types instead of calendars.
