How to Change font (Title & Sub Title) weight, size, letter spacing, and line height for Image Blocks (Card) site wide.

Hello, 

I'm looking for css code to change the fonts in all of our image blocks to match the fonts and font styles (font, weight, size, letter spacing, and line height) we have on all of our pages. We are currently using Proxima Nova and I don't believe the fonts styles are the same for the copy. Maybe it's the same font but definitely not the spacing. Help here would be amazing. 

Also, I inherited the site and am not a web designer/coder. Maybe this could be done as a code block as well? 

The site is on 7.0 if that matters.

Which image block are you referring to? I checked some Image Blocks on the link but can't find its caption
