JonathanR_34
I tried to add a custom file viewer to one of my product pages without testing it first. This caused my webpage to crash. Although I can still access my linked product pages, the content is not visible. I think I accidentally removed the footer while trying to remove the code block. I initially attempted to link Dropbox to the viewer, but I later realized that Dropbox cannot display the STL file I wanted to use. I'm considering building a new website from scratch, but I'm open to suggestions on how to restore my current one. Edited February 24, 2023 by JonathanR_34 Clarified phrasing Link to comment
Solution JonathanR_34 Posted February 24, 2023 Author Solution Share Posted February 24, 2023 I think I figured it out! I followed the disable scripts function and added "/safe" to the end of my editing URL. This brought it up immediately and I located the offending script box! If other users encounter a similar issues, I followed this guideline.https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205815908#toc-disable-scripts-in-preview Link to comment
