target css code to only affect chosen page

Hello  , im trying to create a zoom on hover or click command on my website ,  the catch is i only want it work on one specific page ,  if anyone can help me id be most appreciative.

this is the code ive found and ive replaced the page id with what i think is mine , but its not happy code
