Dynamic Video sitemap creation- have you created one?

Hi all

I  want to create a dynamic video sitemap to hopefully get more visibility for our video on search engines. We have a number of pages with multiple videos (YT embeds) which i believe is confusing for  the search engine bots. 

A "site:fluxim.com" search on the video tab in Google shows we have only 4 videos (which are on news pages) when we have over 30.

I figured a video site  map could help here. Has anyone created a video sitemap for their website  that you could share how you did it?

 I have the code to do it manually but I`d rather generate it automatically.
