lineman Posted February 23, 2023 Share Posted February 23, 2023 Clients can create their own appointments on my Acuity calendar, but sometimes do it under multiple names eg they might book one as John Smith and one as Johnnie Smith, ie they show up as 2 different clients which is confusing. Is there any way of merging them short of cancelling bookings made in one name and rebooking them on the other name every time they do this? Link to comment

lineman Posted April 20, 2023 Author Share Posted April 20, 2023 I have just seen that if a client has registered for an account, it may be possible to assign appointments (where not already on that account) to it, but only a client can register for an account so if they haven't done that, or have registered in 2 different names, this isn't a fix Link to comment
