Old splash page not in sitemap still loading

My site is experiencelabs.org. The attached image is the splash page on my old site. I have made a new site live but this page keeps loading as the homepage. When you click enter, it takes you to the new site (this page originally sent users to /about-us) and when you click home in the menu, it takes you back to the splash page.

Note:

• The home page that should be loading is marked as the site's home page and has a /home slug
• This landing page is nowhere in my site's design and is not parked in the not linked section
• I'm not seeing this page anywhere in the correct home page's custom code
• I have tried setting another page as the homepage and it still happens

Have you changed the homepage? Go into the new home page settings and click on "set as homepage"

Since it is loading, it must be somewhere in the pages menu (since it is set as the homepage it won't be deleteable and will have a little house symbol next to it).

How have you tried to set other pages as the homepage?

Hi, @Ziggy thank you for offering to help. I think all of your questions were already addressed in my original post. This issue is still outstanding.

If you have gone into the page settings and clicked on this button "SET AS HOMEPAGE" and that doesn't change the homepage that loads, then you have an error that cannot be solved on the forum and you need to contact Squarespace support directly to get your website fixed.

It looks like the domain http://www.experiencelabs.org/ is in the process of transitioning from your old Squarespace 7.0 site at https://karen-hold-9xf4.squarespace.com/ to the new one at https://emu-panda-y4y7.squarespace.com/.

It takes time for domain changes to happen so if you check back in a few hours, it should work correctly. That said, you can contact Squarespace if you are concerned. They can do things that forum users can’t, like clearing the site cache.

@paul2009 it's been 24 hours but I really hope you're right! Barring that, @Ziggymay be right that I need help. It doesn't look like SS even has support? They have forums and "hire an expert" as options.
