Shipping Cost

Hello,

I am sure this has been asked many times. I however, could not find my answer anywhere on the forum. I have my shipping costs all in for my customers at checkout. What I am wondering is if it is possible to have a flat rate amount for a specific product.

For example:  Most of my products are easy to just use the UPS rates and I come up pretty close. But I have one product that does not weight a lot, but because of the size costs more than other products the same weight. I want to assign a flat rate to this Item. 
Can it be done?
