I bought a new domain and I'm having trouble with changing the name.

Hi.

I'm new to having my own website. I've been working on my own website for a while now. It isn't live yet. But recently I decided I needed a new name and bought a new domain name from "Google Domains". I was able to transfer my new domain name to the "Your Domain" page off of my Dashboard. But I can't seem to get the new name onto my Dashboard. Help. Any suggestions?

If you've purchased the domain on Google Domains, then you can link it to your website, but it will only appear in the "Your Domain" part of your website. If you want it in your main dashboard then you want the domain transferred to Squarespace domains. This is typically not possible for the first month after purchasing the domain.
