How can I keep the shopping cart always viewable?

Hi community,

I'm a non-technical designer. Does anyone know how to manipulate the code for the shopping cart to have it always viewable (currently the shopping cart is only viewable when there is an item in it).

Is it also possible to put this in the navigation bar?

Amazon does this on their site and I think it is a great call to action UI.

Hey Tom!

I did this on my storefront very easily and quickly.

In your Top Navigation or wherever you would like the Cart link to be select "Add Page" and choose "Link".

Where it prompts you to input the URL enter "http://YOURURL.com/commerce/show-cart".

Test ahead of time to ensure that is the correct file path to your cart. If it doesn't work, just pull up your cart and just copy the URL directly.

That is the path I used personally at www.boston-cream.com and it has working like a charm!
