Afterpay Not Linking Correctly

Hi, 

When a customer goes to checkout with Afterpay on mobile on my website it’s asking them to copy and paste the link in a different page and then when they do it takes them back to the start... is there any way that this can be changed so they don’t have to do this and how to make it work?

That makes sense but how come when I purchase through Instagram on other websites I am able to go directly through Afterpay without changing browsers?

I don’t have any insight to share about the reliability of other e-commerce checkouts.

I've noticed some issues when using Afterpay on websites. When accessing the website through a standard browser, there is no problem checking out, but when you click on a link through Instagram and try to check out, it brings up an error page and won't let you continue to check out. I'm unsure if there is a fix for this or how to address it other than removing Afterpay as a form of payment.
