TheClimbCollaborative
Hi, When a customer goes to checkout with Afterpay on mobile on my website it’s asking them to copy and paste the link in a different page and then when they do it takes them back to the start... is there any way that this can be changed so they don’t have to do this and how to make it work? This is because in-app browsers do not support Afterpay (or Clearpay) on Squarespace The message is asking the user to paste the store link into a standard mobile browser like Safari or Chrome so they can successfully complete the checkout on one of these browsers. Codie
I've noticed some issues when using Afterpay on websites. When accessing the website through a standard browser, there is no problem checking out, but when you click on a link through Instagram and try to check out, it brings up an error page and won't let you continue to check out. I'm unsure if there is a fix for this or how to address it other than removing Afterpay as a form of payment. Link to comment
