Mindbody Healcode Widget not functioning in 7.0 (Brine family)

@paul2009 Can you please help me as well? I am having a different 2 different issues for my site. 

First issue.

The dropdown is very strange. You cannot see the text and it looks strange compared to what the widget is supposed to look like. Not sure if this is a issue on my Custom CSS that is causing this layout issue.

Second issue.

Everything works fine on the config mode but when you got into the actual site and when you click search on the widget it automatically refreshes the page and does not work. Not sure why this is happening
