Home page won't load up until you start scrolling down

Having issues with my home page loading up. It shows up as a blank screen with just my header showing until you start scrolling down the page. It then shows my projects as it should but doesn't show when its first opened. Any suggestions / tips?

No I haven't tried disabling loading animations yet. 

I've just tested on a desktop, laptop, and phone, and haven't got any issues with the page loading.

That doesn't answer what's wrong, but it does mean that it may just be happening to you. Is the loading problem when you're logged in?

Weird, it happens on my desktop and phone while not logged in. I get a blank screen like what I've attached.
