Blank Bar above Footer?

Hi! For some reason, there is a blank bar above my footer on one of my pages https://www.goodguyspress.com/livecoverage

I tried editing the footer a million times, i tried editing the section above as well, no luck. when i change the background color of the section above, it matches that color. when i try to click on the space while editing, it doesnt seem to be part of either section.

i have been adding custom css, so not sure if one of my codes is causing this. but its only happening on this page.

please help!
