Reduce header to content distance in "impact" template?

Hello 

Got another question. 🙂 The spacing between header and content is too big in "impact" for my desired layout. Attached a screen to illustrate what I mean. Is there a way to reduce the distance between the first element and the header? Takes away a lot of room especially on mobile.
