Scheduling on behalf of clients, sending terms and conditions and other forms, "edit form" button

Recommended Posts

I occasionally have new clients who want me to schedule on their behalf.  I can set up the appointment, but then I want them to see the terms and conditions and provide some input before their appointment.  The current way to do this is to drop in the "Edit Form" button into the email confirmation or email reminder.

Surely the "Edit Form" button can have a more flexible name.  My clients will be confused by this language.
