Floating button for both desktop and mobile

I was looking to make my free estimates button float while scrolling in both desktop and mobile.

Appreciate any help.

While I do not know if this is the best method, I added this code to my CSS and it seems to work.

.header-actions-action--cta {flex-direction: column;
position:fixed;
right:-1vw; top:25vh;
background:#;
padding-left:.5vw;}
