Change the text on scheduling form

Hi guys,

Is it somehow possible to change this small text beneath the phone number "You will receive a text message reminder before your appointment"? It does not work with the Change Wording from Squarespace themselves.

I dont know if Javascript is needed or it may be possible with CSS. I think Java is needed...
