Menu format

Hello - I don't see an option to change the placement of the menu, the only options are, left, right or centre and only horizontal. I would like it to be placed on the right side of the page with a vertical structure. I did not use a template, I made the pages myself, incase that has an impact on it. Thank you. 

There are ways to use the CSS flex property to rearrange the header beyond the standard options.
