Redirect Portfolio Gallery Block Image(s) to a Website Link..?

Hi,

This might sound a little strange...but hopefully I can communicate what I am looking for effectively. 

On the portfolio page, when you click on an image (gallery) block it directs you to that particular project page that resembled a blog post with pagination...

However, I was wondering if it was possible to code something that would make the image block unclickable or redirectable?

Essentially, I do not want the image to direct me to a project page where I will display more of my work or talk about it...

Hopefully that makes sense.
