How to change graphic/logo when linking your website?

So my Favicon (the little browser tab icon) is fine, but when I c/p my website I have this old logo that is cut off displayed and I need to get rid of it and replace with my branch thingy. Seeing 'ddy Sum' looks awful 😁

I'm not sure where on 7.1 to change this. Can anyone advise?

That's the "Social Sharing Image", you can change the main one, and set page-specific images if you want, this guide should help you:
