ScottB_Sailor Posted February 11 Share Posted February 11 I recently took over managing a web site. At first on orders, I was getting two emails. One goes directly to my yahoo address. The other one is to:ecommerce@domain.com (which is on ionos--and I have a forward to my yahoo email configured on ionos) . I stopped getting ionos one (to:ecommerce@domain.com). I can see in the business settings we have from set to ecommerce@domain.com and reply to ecommerce@domain.com. On the source of the emails, it appears that squarespace is sending the email to yahoo and not ionos. I would think it should come from ionos? I have stopped getting duplicate emails and only get the to:me@yahoo.com There was someone who was also getting notified (they're email is configured in ionos mail forwarding) (they don't have a Squarespace login), but stopped getting them. They want those order notifications still. Hope that makes sense and someone might have an idea where I need to look. Link to comment
