How Do I Insert Space at Top of Page

Is there a way to insert space at the top of a page without having to manually move everything that is already there?

I would like to take a photo from the bottom of my page and move it to the top of the page and see everything below it move down automatically.

I give up.  Everything I have done is gone.  All I wanted to do was make a gallery page my homepage but I could not even do that.  I cannot describe the depression mixed with hatred that I feel for Squarespace and the false promises they made.  I'm out $300 for nothing.
