I'm trying to eliminate the extra white space that currently appears under the banner image of this webpage: https://neighborhoodinitiative.squarespace.com/layla-15

I believe it's a placeholder for the Page Description, which I don't want displayed (over the banner or underneath it).

Try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css

.title-desc-wrapper.has-main-image {
  display: none;
}
