Hover overt text and translation/definition appears (7.1)

I was wondering if it was possible to create a feature where the user hovers over a word (maybe hyperlinked?) and the translation/definition of the word appears in a bubble?

We're in the ideation stage, so wondering if this might be possible before actually implementing.

I worked a customer for this kind of stuff. When you hover a hyberlink, it will pop up your additional information like this
