Fadwa
Squarespace has been around for a while and we all know who their competitors are. Its abit absurd that they haven't got a nice clean integration with likes of royal mail who are the biggest distributors in UK. Its a massive gap in the market that other website creation platforms are doing already. Link to comment

There's an integration with Click and Drop. Have you read my guide below? How to integrate Royal Mail's Click and Drop service with Squarespace Did this help? jtspidercool
Hi, I used your link to set up my Squarespace/Royal Mail integration - thank you!! I have some questions though which I hope you wont mind answering: So I have set up all my products in SS and in Royal Mail - with sizes, weights SKU's etc. I am not sure what to do with the shipping costs in SS? Do I input the Royal Mail prices into the Shipping Options in SS? Does the Royal Mail not select a price dependent on weight, which is why I've put the weights in. I'm literally so confused and looking for some clarification. I hope this makes sense. Julie Link to comment

jtspidercool
So, I add (into SS Shipping Options) whatever weight based prices RM are charging, and just keep an eye out for any changes and do it manually. Then (hopefully) those should correspond when I go into my click and drop?? This was what I thought at first but then started to go round in circles and confuse myself. Thanks again! Link to comment

That’s correct. Squarespace doesn’t support automatic carrier-calculated rates outside the US yet. Me: I'm Paul, a SQSP user for >18 yrs & Circle Leader since 2017. GabrielleB
Is there an extension or third-party app that uses Royal mail from the UK, but other services internationally? Or is there a good international warehousing/mail fulfillment option around? I get orders internationally and it's a pain to do the fulfillment, plus expensive if sending to say Australia from the UK. Happy to be messaged directly by an expert as I'd pay for someone to help. But posting here as I thought others might have the same query. Link to comment

It's designed to be one platform for all carriers, including UK and Europe friendly ones. Below are just a few of them: Did this help? Nickharriganartwork
Yet another feature squarespace is woefully behind on. It’s 2024 and still no standard integration for Royal Mail despite being the largest courier in the Uk. Even Etsy has this. desperately thinking of leaving Sqsp at this point Link to comment

I appreciate this isn't a substitute for solution that automatically calculates carrier costs outside the US but, if you're already using the Royal Mail Click & Drop service, this integration does help to reduce administration when orders are received. It automatically imports the Squarespace Commerce orders into your Click & Drop account, allowing you to easily generate postage labels and, if required, arrange collection. Like everyone else, I am eager for Squarespace to create an API that allows rates to be calculated automatically (and accurately!) at the checkout. Did this help?
