connecting my domain from google domains to squarespace! help!

hello, i need some help connecting my domain, it keeps saying connection in progress but never connecting?

I'm working with exercise.com for integrating their backend software for our basketball camps, app, and things and don't know if i need to change something there on the DNS, or CNAME?

Anyone that can help. I haven't published my site, but I did buy a plan and don't how to proceed to get my site up and live.
