How to customize just one Folder instead of adding a second CTA

Hi Everyone,

I'm completely new to Squarespace and it takes me quite some time to figure out things.

I was watching and trying some Custom CSS codes I found online but non is really solving my issue. 

On our website, I'd love to make our "Get Started" clickable folder stand out.

1) Instead of sending it to a new page, I'd love to send it directly to our form (new Url to add).

2) In addition, I'd like to have a border around it in the yellow-ish colour to the "client Login" (code #E3E633)

Does anyone know about any tutos where I could find a code that would help me to do it?
