Annabellem Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 (edited) Hello, I am trying to remove drop-down options from my product page but there is no « delete » button. I just want to remove the « Border size »and « Paper » drop-downs. Sounds simple enough but there is no option to do so? I just want to keep the « Size » drop-down. Anybody could help? Thank you! You can remove variants from a standard product by editing the product. When viewing the product, click EDIT or EDIT PRODUCT. When editing the product: 1. Look for the Inventory section: 2. Click EDIT ALL. 3. Click MANAGE OPTIONS. 4. Click the three dots next to the variant option you want to delete, for example Border Size. 5. Click DELETE. Repeat step 4 to remove further variant options. 6. Click SAVE. 7. Click BACK. 8. Click SAVE. Did this help? Annabellem Posted February 14, 2023 Author Posted February 14, 2023 Hello! Thank you so much for your answer. I just saw it! Here is the link to one of my product page. https://www.annabellemetayer.com/store/p/dans-les-nuages Actually, because I have used an external, print on demand extension (Art of where) to generate my product page, the regular « delete » tool doesn’t work. I already contacted the Squarespace help and they confirmed this. I think I need to enter some css code to force hide the drop-down menus. Attached, some screen captures to explain what I need and what happens when I try to delete a variant —-no delete. thanks again!
