checkout won't "continue" tp payment

I had someone setup my website months ago.  I am now getting ready to use it so I have been trying to test it.  My paypal is connected, my products are in my shop.  I was able to add one of my products to the cart and go to checkout.  My products are for pickup. I may deliver some but it will be hand delivered and the customer will pay for it separately.  When I get to the checkout page, I can input the email and hit continue.  Then delivery comes up but it says delivery is not offered - which is correct. But there still are blanks for delivery address and phone number.  Even if I input those the next "continue" box never pops up so I can't advance to payment and then review and purchase. I went into the checkout page design but that is just design and does not address the functionality of the checkout page itself.  How do I get into the checkout page to adjust this?  I have a call into the designer who helped with this but I have no idea when he will get back to me. Thank you.

When something isn't working as expected, please contact Squarespace Customer Care directly. If they provide you with a solution or workaround, please post it here for the benefit of other users.

The fix is to contact customer support as @paul2009 indicates.
