Shipping Rules for Specific Products

I sell unframed prints on my website, and am wanting to sell framed prints soon as well. 

However, I'd like to limit my framed print sales to local/New Zealand customers only. 

Is there a way to exclude specific products (i.e. framed prints) from orders coming from outside New Zealand?

So that international orders can't be completed if framed prints are selected?
