How to customise 'login in' emails and keep customers information safe?

Hi, 

I'm making a clothes business and I want to make use of the login in feature where customers will make accounts with their emails. 

But I don't know how to customise the confirmation emails that get sent out or I don't know how squarespace makes this a safe process.
