Why is it so hard to create a simple image carousel?

100% agree with this rant. SQSP designed basically every single type of gallery except for the basic two that most people want. I just don't get it.

Change color of gallery block background or which element?

@SleepyMonk The classic gallery snippet has nothing to do with the gallery color, you should share your site URL so we can take a look at your actual block that insert into the page

And please link to the page Classic Gallery block instead of pasting the code here to avoid confusion since it will be constantly updated overtime

I'd like to change the colour of the wedges as they are not very visible.

I've spent hours trying to figure this out - thinking there must be a way and I just don't know what the function is called. I want to create a section with a gallery block that looks like this - https://www.rockfishdesignstudio.com. I wish SquareSpace would create or bring back this simple feature. 

@Beyondspace can I animate the images with your plugin so they automatically move like they are in the website I shared? And can I do the rounded corners? Thank you!
