Yes, the settings for the mobile menu and burger thickness are in the header settings (accessed via editing the page and then clicking on edit site header) then go to mobile, and adjust the thickness:

Since you're using the mobile menu on desktop, changing it where I suggested should change it in both places. This assumption might not be correct if you are using a more sophisticated solution for the menu, but I don't think that's the case from the code snippet you originally shared.
