Hawley Template Homepage Question

On the homepage of the Hawley template there are the hover links to the portfolio.  On the menu there is the "work" link which doesn't really do anything but link to that homepage. 

If I wanted the "work" link in the menu to connect to a landing page with links to each portfolio section how would i do this?

Example on the Homepage there are:
Circuit
Moment
Emerge
Brine

In the menu there is "work".  Work just links to the homepage.

When i click on circuit - it takes me to a portfolio page - /work/circuit

How would i make the "work" link in the menu go to or give me choice to go to /work/circuit (as well as /work/moment, /work/emerge and /work/brine).
