My Hover picture change cannot work

I try to use the following code to change the hover profile on my homepage, however every time I refresh the website, the original picture's id continuously changed. Anybody knows how to make this id fixed so that I can make this code work? Many thanks.

Thank you very much. I found the fixed image ID.

But this time when I tried this code, and the hover image would enlarge... I have tried smaller image, the hover image would still enlarge in same level... I want to keep the hover image and the original image at the same size. What should I do?
