2 Tabbed Pages on top of home page.

I'm building a SS website for a client. They would like to have 2 tabs on the top of their page like the link below. Also, is it possible to make them somewhat of a different look or something similar to this website.

I assume this would be custom code. If I could get some code to do this, that would be even better.

That tabs will appear above header, or under header in Main Content?

How would I get this to work? Add a section? Can I get them to look like that where they are touching?

Click on each tab >> change content below it or redirect to new link?

If redirect to new line, you can add 2 text links to Announcement Bar, then we can use CSS to style link same as tab.

I want the tab to link to the same website but have a different color/look and go to a different page. 

You can add 2 text links to Announcement bar, we can give CSS to achieve screenshot style
