inserted adobe font through my website but without my native language's characters

hi. i took the "Aller" font from adobe through Squarespace and the language of my site is Turkish. so, I have some special letters like "ş, ö, ü". but Squarespace doesn't see those letters. how can I fix it? 

in the picture below, you see a normal "s" and one more with dot under it. I have to change the one with dot.

Have you installed the custom fonts which support your desired language?

After that you can use some css code to apply it on your own
