foerdeofen
Hello, I need to have an inventory for my subscription product. Squarespace doesn't offer to limit the possible subscriptions. Is there any work-around? Thanks for your help, Lea Link to comment

Is there any work-around? When a product becomes a subscription product, the quantity becomes 'unlimited' as stock must always be available to fulfill each customer's subscription, each time it renews. Can you help me to understand the problem from your perspective? Are you trying to limit the number of subscribers that you have, for example due to time constraints, or are you trying to gain more control over inventory management? Did this help? foerdeofen
Thank you for your answer @paul2009 . You've guessed the problem right: My aim is to limit the number of subscribers that can get a subscription due to time constraints. Once they've bought the subscription product, the quantity should - of course - be unlimited. Do you have any idea how to solve this problem? Thanks a lot! Link to comment

The only way to prevent further sales of the subscription is to manually hide the product from sale. This will prevent further subscriptions from being purchased without affecting existing subscriptions. Did this help?
