Creating and selling templates for Squarespace

Hi,

I have spent some time looking into how to build custom templates to offer to artists and creatives. I think I understand the process but have one question...if you design a template to sell and list it in your shop, do you then have to keep extending the trial period every 6 months until it sells? for as long as you have that template available on your site? Have I got that right or am I missing something? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Yes, or purchase a subscription for it.

Unless you are selling a "one-off" template you'd typically create a master and then duplicate it for each sale.
