ClarksonSantoro
I am considering using Squaresapace to set up my website for real estate listings. I am wondering if there are any good templates that work well for that? Especially utilizing MLS IDX search integration. Link to comment
cburdis
Yes, there’s a couple of good ones here: The Estate Office Shoreditch by The Park Realty, Conrad Rygier. Hope this helps! Link to comment
StowePatroller
My real-estate site, www.experiencestowe.com was built by me; powered by Squarespace using the FIVE template. I use Diverse Solutions for my IDX feed. Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or for more information. Prior to my move to Vermont, almost my entire career was spent in high-tech marketing. I co-founded a Boston-based mainframe systems software company, VM/CMS Unlimited, in 1985. After selling it a few years later, I worked for a number of high-tech, mainly software, start-ups as a marketer in and around Boston. While I loved my work, I spent, on average, more than 3 hours/day commuting — for more than twenty-three years! The rat race finally got to me; and, in the middle of 2003, my family and I started the move North. Today, my work life bears little resemblance to what it once was -- I traded Boston's Rt. 128 for Stowe's Mountain Road, and I'm now a Realtor® and a ski patroller — I wouldn't go back! In April 2014 I completed my 11th season as a member of the Mt. Mansfield Ski Patrol. I'm an agent at Coldwell Banker Carlson Real Estate, where I specialize in working with those who are contemplating or ready to make a lifestyle change. Previously I was the Real-Estate Marketing Manager at Spruce Peak at Stowe Mountain Resort. Link to comment

danimacg
I was wondering if you knew which format they used to get the listings onto the site, I notice that Shoreditch is responsive vs the Rygier isnt. I am looking to build a realestate client a site on ss and need to know which XML/RSS or and IDX feed for all listings in their area and then to feature their listings. Do we have to "feature" their listings manually? Or can this be automated? Link to comment
danimacg
Hi, would you mind sharing which format you used to get the listings on your site? are you using an xml/rss feed or a idx? How did you/your designer make it responsive? Thank you for your information Link to comment
