Resizing homepage video for mobile

Is there a way to get the homepage video to resize for portrait mode viewing on a mobile device (e.g. iPhone and iPad)? 

I've reviewed other posts on the same subject but I'm not a coder and I'm not sure if the fixes for other sites is the same for my site.

Try adding to Design > Custom CSS

Thanks! Your code definitely helped but is there an adjustment I can make to format the video so it fills more of the screen on mobile? The width is great, but the height is off.
