Gallery Blocks 7.1

Hello. I was helping a friend build his Squarespace site and when we tried to look for the gallery block it wasn't in the list of blocks he could choose from, but on my 7.1 site I still have it. He's on a trial version and on 7.1, but I don't think it has anything to do with that. Is anyone else having this issue?

I've included an image of what he's seeing on his end. On my Squarespace it would normally appear right under the "Image Block".

I'm also trying to use Gallery Blocks on my site - but it seems in the new version, you can only use them in Blogs and a few other pages.

You have to use a gallery section now - but this takes up the full screen width and I want to be able to add my gallery as a half page?

I don't understand why this backwards step has been taken???

Currently on standard page, Only Circle Members can add Gallery Block.

So what happens if you have a client who is not a Circle Member?

You can add for them, then they can edit it. Or you need to use this plugin to bring back Gallery Block

This is a big ask, but is any circle member willing to help me out. I've only got two active sites atm and am not eligible yet.

@Beyondspace im using your plugin and it works as expected with one issue, it won't resize normally. I wanted the image to fit on the screen since I'm using a sticky scroll and its a little bigger than the screen no matter what I do. Is there a code I need to add via CSS or something?

Do you see how the container for the slideshow is just too big? You can tell from how low the arrows are that its much bigger than it should be. If I could fix that I'd be GOLDEN. I appreciate your work and effort as well, awesome job on this.

just did. I can use the spacers to shrink it down now for sure, but I can't make it take up the entire right side like I wanted now lol. I'm guessing the solution is some mix of CSS and the classic editor maybe?
